Shipping Rates

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping to the United States and Canada, with free shipping on qualifying orders.

United States

  • $9.95 flat-rate shipping on all orders
  • FREE shipping on orders $200+

Canada

  • $29.95 USD flat-rate shipping
  • FREE shipping on orders $200+ USD
  • No brokerage fees at delivery

Shipping carrier may vary based on order value and delivery address to ensure reliable delivery.

You can also redeem Sheppy Points for free shipping rewards on eligible orders.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery country.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Processing time is typically 1–2 business days.

  • United States: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Do Canadian orders have duties or customs fees?

There are no brokerage fees on delivery.

Depending on your province, local taxes may be collected at delivery. These are typically small and based on your local tax rate.

Our goal is to provide a smooth and predictable delivery experience without unexpected high fees.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All orders ship from Northern Virginia.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. Both U.S. and Canada shipments can be delivered to PO Boxes.

Do you ship internationally outside the U.S. and Canada?

Not at this time. Sheppy Cards currently ships only to the United States and Canada.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened trading card supplies within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition.

All card products are final sale and are not eligible for return. This includes single cards, sealed trading card products, and subscription box products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact us via chat or our Contact Us page as soon as possible and include your order number.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Our Sheppy Box subscriptions deliver curated hobby packs, supplies, and surprises each month. Subscriptions can be managed anytime through your account page. Learn more about how our Sheppy Box trading card subscription works.

Are the packs in Sheppy Boxes searched or mapped?

No. All packs included in Sheppy Boxes come directly from new hobby boxes.

When a hobby box is opened, all packs are removed and mixed together before being placed into a pack dispenser. Packs are then pulled from the dispenser in order as boxes are packed.

This process helps ensure packs remain random and fairly distributed. Packs are never searched, mapped, or selectively chosen.

Is shopping with Sheppy Cards secure?

Absolutely.

  • Sheppy Cards does NOT store credit card information.
  • All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments, which is PCI-compliant and uses industry-standard encryption.
  • We never see or retain your full card details.

Your checkout is safe and fully encrypted.

How do I contact customer support?

Do you support any charities?

Yes! A portion of every sale helps support Warrior Canine Connection, a nonprofit that trains service dogs for veterans and active-duty service members.

Through our Cards for a Cause initiative, we are proud to support organizations that serve both veterans and working dogs.
