Detailed Policy

Returns for Trading Cards & Sealed Card Products
All sales of trading cards and sealed trading card products are final. Due to the collectible nature of these items and market fluctuations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on single cards, sealed packs, sealed boxes, subscription boxes, or other card-related collectible products once purchased.

Please review product images and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Returns for Trading Card Supplies
We accept returns on trading card supplies (such as sleeves, top loaders, storage boxes, and accessories) within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• Unused and in new, resellable condition

Returns that arrive opened, used, or not in resellable condition may be refused.

To initiate a return, please contact us first to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the refund is approved.
