Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations work for purchases made through subscription or pre-order options on our store.

Subscriptions

Some products may be offered as a subscription, such as our Sheppy Box. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you selected at checkout.

• Your payment method will be securely stored and charged automatically for each renewal period.
• You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing date.
• If a subscription renewal charge has already been processed, the associated order cannot be canceled.
• Subscriptions canceled after a renewal charge will remain active until the current billing cycle has been fulfilled.

You can manage your subscription through your customer account or the link included in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as a pre-order for products that are not yet released or not currently in stock.

• Payment may be collected at checkout or when the product becomes available.
• You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled.
• Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
