Sheppy Box Hockey – Rookie is a curated monthly hockey hobby box built for collectors looking for a well-balanced mix of premium hobby packs, exciting rookie chases, and a professionally packed mail-day experience.

A new hockey season is here, and October is all about "The Rookie." After a collector recently asked us whether Wendy had a rookie card, we realized she needed one. So we're kicking off the season by officially giving Wendy the RC treatment — complete with a Rookie shield and an exclusive numbered Cracked Ice parallel for Sheppy Box subscribers.

This month's Rookie lineup spans multiple seasons and styles of hockey collecting. Leading the way are 2025–26 Upper Deck SPx and 2025–26 Upper Deck Extended Series, joined by 2023–24 Parkhurst Champions and a trip back through Toronto Maple Leafs history with 2017–18 Upper Deck Toronto Maple Leafs Centennial. The lineup is rounded out by 2026–27 Upper Deck MVP and 2022–23 Upper Deck Series One, giving collectors another Young Guns rookie chase.

Every order includes the October Wendy Rookie base card while supplies last. Active Sheppy Box subscribers also receive the exclusive October Wendy Rookie Cracked Ice parallel, individually numbered to /50.

Every box features packs pulled directly from sealed hobby boxes — never retail packs — with a focus on variety, recognizable products, exciting rookie chases, and an enjoyable collector experience.
